Aluminum Cookware associated with Alzheimer's disease …?
Years ago I remember reading that some scientists had found a link between aluminum and Alzheimer's disease, but more research must be done. Has anyone heard of this or research? Or thoery has been discredited?
I do not think it has escaped. But good cooks do not use aluminum utensils as aluminum goes into the food. Only boiling water dissolves the aluminum. There are many products containing aluminum hydroxide antacids. Try looking online Merck Manual, which would discuss the issue.
