Should I buy or brand Le Creuset Cast Iron Oval?

I know Lodge is generally much cheaper, but do not want to change money Quality? For those of you unfamiliar, The Crucible is a foundry in northern France, which produces cookware enameled cast iron. The enamel coating means that you never have to season cast iron Le Creuset. Submit a foundry United States, located in Tennessee, which produces cast iron utensils that is not covered with enamel. This means that you have to season cookware whenever you wash. I'm looking to buy a Dutch oven large enough (7-9 liters.) Who will last longer. What brand should I buy?

I will not use anything other than Lodge. I live in the center Tennessee and Pittsburgh were both South many to dip into its factory shop and I visited their factory as well. They produce now "pre-season" just oiling utensils and cooking in the oven for the home dressing (no doubt the attitude cooking Meeting immediate city people). When you wash your cast iron pots do not use detergent to wash the dishes, because that is what ruins the finish is not known, the cleaning process itself. After washing with warm water, wipe with a cloth or paper towel, then lightly coat with cooking spray before putting it to. If you follow this procedure will never generate a new patina. And do not worry no, this cleaning process does not produce more harmful bacteria that is in things French luxury (although I'm sure the French leaders would give a more elegant name Bacteria, lol). Remember, the next time you cook with a pot or pan, once the container reaches 140 degrees or more, nothing in the area will be killed by heat.
