What utensils, cutlery and cooking and baking gourmet professional use?
What brand (s) with utensils cooking, baking, and cutlery to professional bakers and culinary use?
We all have our favorites – it has sold restaurant equipment for 17 years. I use knives and Wustoff Henckel, but my husband loves Japan Sharp World. My husband loves everything with a coating of stainless steel, while I Le Creuset and Caphalon anodized cobalt blue. I buy all my sheet pans, boxes, etc. muffin wholesale trade, because they are made abuse and last forever. Vollrath is a lot of cookware in aluminum, but it is big enough and ugly for domestic use.
