Can I replace a flat glass pan covered with foil for a loaf of bread?
My regular cake pan is missing, and the need make a cake immediately. Then I put on my aluminum foil square pan glass and use it to bake the cake in its place? If so, I have to make any adjustments to the temperature / cooking time? Well, it is a pot … Pyrex so obviously he is supposed to go in oven. My idea was that the film would be the dish more like a loaf of bread from ordinary metals. My reasoning is wrong? Has anyone tried it? Thank you all!
Simply reduce the heat 25 degrees. However, you can cook in a shorter time. Otherwise, it is good to use in the state. I think the behavior of glass, even in the heat the same way, but it was a very smart idea. Think! =)
