Planning your next big meeting? Whether for a birthday party, fundraiser or holiday gathering church – buffet service style is the way forward. When creating a buffet table, stoves are the best way to keep food warm. Allowing a large number of guests to help themselves, while the host can mix and mingle without having to worry about food on the stove or oven. Even if you do not entertain often, purchasing stoves or lease can not be beaten.
Warmers, sometimes called steam pans, are simply main dishes where food is kept hot (or cold). Different types of stoves consist of a framework or grid, water pan, food and a pot lid. The water in the pan is used to conduct heat, which keeps food at serving temperature appropriate. The heat source is sterno or electric heating element placed under the water pan.
TYPES
Oval or round, richly decorated stoves would be perfect for an elegant or formal meeting. They are usually silver and sit on a platform with tapered feet. They can be used with sterno or a heating element and are available for party rental shops rent or buy in stores or restaurants and food supply points.
The dishes most commonly used are long and rectangular chafing and stainless steel. The water pan is placed on a grill or chrome and will continue until mid-size two plates of food. Rent a storage these parts or hire purchase in a store party store or restaurant and out of the food supply.

Pan may require two sterno cans placed at opposite ends, especially if the dense food (like pasta and cheese). The flame is blue and one 8-oz can burns 2 to 2 1 / 2 hours. Fuel can be extinguished and rekindled.
QUICK TIPS FOR SAFETY
-DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT flame MANNING
-Open the lid of the pan carefully to avoid burns from escaping steam.
-Do not use anything that Sterno-type fuel burner.
Warming to properly keep hot foods work to a safe temperature of 140 degrees or more to prevent bacterial growth. Ideally, the temperature should not exceed 160 degrees to avoid burning
