How to remove gum from a glass jar and lid?
I bought two jars of a furniture company house model. Are glued shut. The exterior appears to be the rubber cement. You have to be, but it has to queue up as I can not reach IDEAS THANKS FOR THE AWESOME …. I think I'll be busy with a chemist! 
Try WD-40 – it is wonderful! Otherwise, you can try a product called Goo Gone – it works well too. At least try heating with a heat mittens use weapons to do so!
