In my list of marriage cookware should I choose?

I absolutely Calphalon. But I'm going with stainless steel, which is so pretty or anodized aluminum has nonstick coating? I've never cooked in pots without nonstick before, what should I expect if I steel steel? Revisions cookware sets?

Stick! My friend has a very expensive unit T-Fal pans stainless steel. They looked very UNTIL We cook with them. They get burn marks because the food sticks. They get water marks and stains strange. They are impossible to clean. We tried everything from baking soda and vinegar to the industrial-strength vacuum cleaner, and nothing has worked. Addition to are very difficult to cook with – it must be vigilant to ensure that nothing sticks (which inevitably does anyway). Never steel pans Stainless back, and I hate cooking in your apartment now. I know this is a rant, but seriously, we are very disappointed stainless steel. I have a set of Calphalon pans coated and SO much work. They are easy to clean and does not stain / burn. Even after one year of use, they always seem as comfortable as they did when I bought them and are really easy to cook. My recommendation would be to use a single wooden or plastic utensils on them, never metal – not the desire to scratch the surface.
